A great, small locally owned and run property close to the railway station. This B&B has all you need for a stay in Venice. a clean room with enough storage. A private bathroom with shower free wi-fi and optional breakfast. The hotel is situated 5 mins walk from the Riva de Biasio waterbus stop with no steps to carry your luggage over and only one stop from the railway station, or two stops from the bus station. 25 mins from St Marks square and only 15 mins from the Rialto bridge. Easy to find using your phone. Very friendly service, thank you! The room was big enough for one person (not taller than 182 cm!), three flights of stairs up. The only window was in the roof but it gave enough light. Wifi and aircon worked well, the bathroom was tiny but very clean and the shower worked perfectly. The breakfast was unusually varied for Italian standards. Luggage storage both on arrival and departure day was very useful, please ask for it beforehand. Zimmer und 1 Mansardezimmer ohne Aufzug. Als ich ankam dann erst danach haben mir die Hausbesitzer gesagt , dass das Zimmer für junge Leute ist. Cirka 13 m groß, schmalle und steile Treppen 40 cm breit zu der Toilette und Dusche. Ein kleines Fenster im Dach, nachts von Moskitos gestochen. Ich bezahlte 68,- + 5,- Frühstück pro Tag. Eine Zumutung in solchem Zimmer eine Woche zu bleiben. Für das Geld kann man lieber Zelten gehen. Beim Treppensteigen und Runtergehen ( Toilette u. Dusche) ohne sich an der Seite mit beiden Hände festhalten wäre zu gefährlich. Ich werde 71 J. alt. In dem Alter kann man keinen Akrobaten spielen! Ich wäre bei Ardn besser bedient .
