My stay was excellent. The hotel was impeccably clean, the staff was incredibly welcoming, and the breakfast was delicious. The location is perfect—conveniently situated near shopping, with easy access to both the water taxi and the Grand Canal, plus a variety of great restaurants nearby. I would definitely choose to stay here again on my next visit.

This was my second stay at the hotel and was not disappointed! The staff was really helpful and kind. The room was clean and comfortable. The location was exactly what we needed for easy access to both taxi service (not water based) and to the primary tourist areas of Venice. I enjoyed my stay and would gladly return to that hotel in the future.

We had a fantastic stay, the staff are brilliant, super friendly, the hotel is really modern, clean and comfortable. Also, it’s located perfectly for exploring Venice, right next to buses, trains for your arrival and right next to the entrance to the city or the water boats if you’d prefer to take this rather than walk through.

After an overnight flight from MA we werw able to check in extremely early (10am instead of 3 PM Front desk staff was excellent helpful and empathetic!! The hotel is very clean, located very close to bus (2 minute walk and train 8 minute walk) This is a very “Americanized “hotel, very clean with fabulous staff and VERY comfortable beds.
