Giacomo met us and showed us around the property. The room was very spacious and very clean. The beds were firm yet very comfortable. I would not hesitate to book again."

Non attenti alle esigenze del cliente anzi se ne fregano ,cibo da mensa , ho avuto seri problemi alla reception,tanto da dover rivolgermi al direttore . Camera non corrispondente a quella pagata . "Hemos tenido que pagar por el aire acondicionado( nos pidió primeramente y por mail una cantidad y luego al llegar vimos otra. fuimos a dar una vuelta y dejamos el aire puesto para que refrescara la habitación ; al volver el aire estaba apagado ,lo mismo con el ventilador No hay ascensor y hay que subir dos pisos andando.la habitación era espaciosa pero muy anticuada con camas muy blandas. Las sábanas de la cama grande raspaban. El baño estaba fuera de la habitación y estabamuy viejo;la bomba...

"First of all, the property is really beautiful and it was so nice just walking around the orange and lemon trees. It’s close to the things we wanted to do in Gaeta and I had no problem parking my suv there. The free breakfast is simple, but very nice, the girl working there made amazing cappuccinos!
