"This Villa was super nice and Clean, the host Juan was always available for anything we needed. The beach and pool are walking distance and a very secure area, also everything is close by. I recommend this Villa to everyone."

"Very close to the pool and minutes from the beach."

"Great location. Includes everything you need for a great stay and visits to the beach. Great places to eat close by. Great instructions for the check in process."

"The Villa was nice, not NEW, the cleanness was poor, not even dusting and hair through out the floors/bathrooms. No wine as described. The golf course was closed and not disclosed for consideration when your booking at a golf course venue. No access to the microwave and stove for 3 days. Iwas assured we were getting our cleaning fee returned. "

"Ric was great! He kept in touch with us throughout our stay! The villa was beautiful and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. If you’re thinking about it, just go for it. You won’t regret it."

"Great host "

"It was ok lot of stuff was broke kitchen waster was not running only two bath towels no rags had a hard time checking in and the door stop working Saturday and no good a/c"

"Probably the best view in old San Juan. The building was so unique. Rooftop terrace was amazing. Just what we were hoping for."

"The property was amazing & was more than enough room for our group of 20 people. Pools were nice & the location couldn’t have better. While there were a few things broken, the host was very quick to respond and to get someone over to help us. Only downside, is they are very strict on quiet hours and being outside past 10pm while simultaneously advertising for big groups, including bachelor / bachelorette trips. Regardless, we all had an amazing time in PR, staying at this property! "
