In addition, thanks to the boat service departing from the nearby pier (2.5 km away), you can easily explore the famous lakeside towns, such as Bellagio, Menaggio, Tremezzo, Lenno, Como, and Lecco—each rich in charm and tradition.

The apartment features a living room with a sleeper sofa, a panoramic terrace, a fully equipped kitchen (refrigerator, oven, microwave, dishwasher, kettle, coffee maker), one double bedroom, one bedroom with two single beds, a bathroom with a shower and washing machine, and free Wi-Fi. The property is located just 2.5 km from the Varenna train station and the ferry terminal, making it easy to reach the lake’s main tourist attractions. Alternatively, the Fiumelatte train station is only 800 metres away.
From Rosa House, you can enjoy a breathtaking view of the centre of the lake directly from our terrace—the ideal place to relax and admire the enchanting scenery. If you love nature, you can explore the surrounding trails with beautiful walks that will help you discover hidden corners of Varenna and its hills.

For those looking to relax in the sun, just 500–800 metres from Rosa House, you can easily reach small beaches where you can swim in the lake. After a day of hiking or relaxing by the lake, we recommend trying the nearby restaurant, where you can enjoy traditional local dishes from the Larian region.
