"Property is as pictured, spacious, and clean. Great location: 5 minutes to everything in Cooperstown, and 5 minutes in the opposite direction to grocery store, CVS, and gas. Note that Google maps shows that you have 'arrived' prior to getting to the street that the house is on(since the house is in a field on a hill). Would stay there again!"

"We had a wedding about 10 minutes from the property and it was perfect for us and our college kids to meet up. Spacious and a wonderful, quiet location for us to relax before the wedding. Plenty of space for us all to get ready and sleep comfortably. The back deck was great for us to have a few cocktails and enjoy to beautiful weather. Our stay here made our time together relaxing and enjoyable."

"I cannot recommend this place enough. Clean, spacious, well stocked and quiet...you cant ask for much more. Beds were comfortable, bathrooms were clean with good water pressure. Not too far from Cooperstown but far enough that you didnt have to deal with the crowds. If you're coming for All-Stars or Dreams Park, or just to visit the HOF, this would be a great place to stay. And the title of the review is exactly what my son said when we brought him there from the baseball tournament, I guess...
