Head bellman (who is either the owner or is re-enacting the plot from “Roman Holiday”) goes out of his way for the guests’ pleasure and convenience. Fitness room could use a better treadmill but it probably is only used on rainy days (like my last day there). Breakfast Buffett is excellent especially with made to order omelettes on weekends."
