Location is good

This hotel was perfectly situated right in the heart of Paris. It had everything that you needed and more. Complimentary tea/coffee/water/ sweets etc. staff were super friendly and helpful. Would definitely recommended to a friend and revisit on my next trip to Paris.

We had a wonderful stay. The staff (especially Deky and Abdallah) were extremely helpful and friendly, particularly when they booked taxis and advised on local places to visit. We travelled as a family and felt very well accommodated throughout our stay. The Classic Rooms are a nice size and gave us plenty of space. Grear location, friendly staff and lovely room.

We loved this hotel. The spa pool was a godsend for these hot days. The room was very cozy and well-decorated, and we loved the view from the balcony. A lovely touch was the cake and refreshments that welcomed us when we got back from exploring. The hotel couldn’t be better situated, with easy access to the metro. Will be back!

Fantastic stay for a week long birthday vacation to see the sights of Paris, everything is within 1/2hr walking distance. The metro is less than five minutes walk away and there is every kind of eatery close by. The closest landmark is the Eiffel tour which is only just a short 5 minute walk, with lots of patisseries on the way by for a quick coffee and a Croissant. Great welcome fron Sergio, rooms refurbished since the last time we were here. Good value breakfast at 14 euro's. Rooms average size for Paris with comfy bed and powerful shower.

Excellent hotel - close to metro stations, restaurants, shops, etc.

The hotel is in an excellent location. The rooms are pleasant. The staff could not be more pleasant or helpful.

Staff were lovely and helpful, answered any questions we had. They made the trip easy for us by booking airport transfers, they went through the amenities with us. We were so thankful for the free cold water tap they provide in the 'living room', it was so good to have after a long day of exploring, eating and drinking. The room was very good, plenty of space for 2 and decorated nicely and very clean. It was amazing value for money - we weren't expecting such a nice place for the amount we paid!...

I recently spent 4 nights at this hotel with my fiancé and our 2 year old daughter. The hotel is in a great location, especially for the Eiffel Tower, and the hop on, hop off boat that travels down the Seine. The rooms are clean, a good size but what impressed my most was the staff. They were friendly, polite and profession and I would specifically like to mention Aurelie who was superb and was happy to go above and beyond throughout the duration of our stay

Great location. Easy walk to Notre Dame, Louvre, Pont Neuf and St. Germain. Room with balcony had a nice big bed, but was a little tight for two people. The staff at reception were great. Friendly and really helpful.

Lovely space, beautifully decorated and really clean. Quite dark without much natural light but we weren’t there too much so didn’t cause an issue

I booked this hotel for my wife’s 50th birthday after looking at many different hotels...it was incredible. The decor, staff, location, room, facilities, breakfast and cocktails were far beyond what I’d hoped for. The rooms are soundproof and you literally can’t hear anything! We have stayed in Paris many times but never the same hotel...this one is ours and we will fit our flights around their availability. Thank you Mihaela, Su and the team; you made a special event unforgettable.
