"Not a luxury hotel - A no frills hotel. Room was small. Everything clean just not fancy. Breakfast bar B+. Plenty of everything, staff refreshed all the time. Office personal and maids very nice. In particular a staff member with long dark hair was super nice and helpful!! Especially when checking in as i had made booking mistake!"

Enjoyed a two night stay with my family. We were really impressed by the standard of the rooms and the service offered from the staff. I have to say it was really good value too, especially the breakfast which was excellent both in terms of choice and quality.

This was the perfect start to our road trip - the hotel was convenient and the below ground parking was a major plus. The reception feels large and airy and the staff were friendly and attentive. The rooms were clean, comfortable and modern and there are great views from the rooftop terrace bar. It's only a short walk into the town, where there are plenty of options for eating and drinking. On reflection, Aachen really was a great kick-off point for our road trip. I'll be back!

I stayed for only one night. The check-in was easy (after the car park barrier was raised - you need to go to reception for that).
Breakfast was acceptable.
Very clean, friendly and helpful staff.

We stayed in the Junior Suite. Room was very large, nice furnishings and bathroom, all clean. Only complaint was that it was a bit too dark during the day and that some things were broken/nearly broken, like the room’s door handle and one of the blinds.
Staff were very friendly and helpful, both at reception, the breakfast service and the restaurant, which we both used. The breakfast service was great and dinner even better – wonderful set menu and actually quite good value given the quality of...

A welcoming check in. Room comfortable, spacious and well equipped. An excellent breakfast buffet and attentive service. The restaurant is shared with a sister hotel actually on the main square. It falls slightly short of the website's fine dining description but nonetheless offers a reasonable choice, though somewhat limited for vegetarians. The food was well cooked, well presented, and reasonably priced.

We arrived, and the host greeted us promptly and courteously. Showing us to our very clean room and bathroom facilities.
The town of Spa is only a 10-minute drive away, as is Therme de Spa. Parking is free and you're allocated a space on arrival by the host.
Breakfast was very tasty and plentiful.
A pleasant and convenient stay, while on a European road trip.

We had a really enjoyable long weekend stay in Maastricht. The hotel is ideally situated within a short walk to the Vrijtof Square across the river, but also just a short walk from the railway station.
There are plenty of bars and restaurants surrounding this area to explore, whilst more historic areas are within gentle walking distances.
We were attending the Andre Rieu concert, and the hotel had prepared a pre-show 'all you can eat' evening buffet which dealt with the problem of finding...
