Whoever designed and built the Academy Place houses is brilliant because they made the best use of every space in the homes. The layout is perfect and the high end decor is lovely. The houses were clean, fully stocked kitchens & beds comfortable. Neighborhood is quiet and walking distance from town. We had a great experience with the property management team, who were always available during our stay—even on the weekend! The only hiccup was trying to make the initial reservation over the weekend, which connects you to a call center and can be a bit challenging. If you can, call during the week to speak with a local Crested Butte representative to make the reservation & ask questions. Or on their website. Most importantly, don't worry about call centers during your actual trip; local help is always right there when you are at the house at the Academy Place. Oh, we were delighted that they welcomed our dog to stay with us!"
