"This was my second year in a row renting this property and I cannot recommend it enough! The space is extremely functional, clean, and well set-up so that you don't have to think about a thing during your stay. The location is incredible - you can walk to coffee, restaruants, shops. I spend a lot of my trip hiking and the place is a straight shot out of town to Kebler pass. The owner is very warm, kind, and so accomodating and easy to work with. You get the impression that she truly cares about your stay and a relaxing vacation! Do note, there are stairs up to the unit, which may be harder for guests who need ground level accessibility. Book this place - you won't be sorry!"

"There were 3 couples, this is a compilation of observations: Spotlessly clean, comfortable beds, very quiet, great walkable town access. A little shy on basic kitchen things like salt/pepper/sugar, but the specialty boxes of soaps, personal care and cleaning supplies were a nice surprise. One couple wished there was a door on the upstairs bathroom, said the ceiling fan was a bit noisy and the thermostat seemed not to work, though they were comfortable. Another said the electric outlets in the small main floor room were not all operable. Small details that might be missed if not checked regularly. We ALL appreciated the EASY CHECK-OUT! This is an annual event for us, across many states and many rentals, we have not experienced such an easy "wrap-up", no stripping beds, no sweeping, etc. We don't give a rubber stamp 5 star rating, we appreciated your property for all of its quirky charm, (which isn't really visible in your photos!)."

"Our 2nd time at the cozy, extremely clean and comfortable condo. We really love everything about staying here! Great communication, easy parking, everything well stocked and the convenience of being so close to the main part of Crested Butte. We loving being able to walk to restaurants and shops and then coming back to the cozy fireplace and comfortable bed. Sure we will be back to stay again at this beautiful property!"

"Our stay exceeded expectations considerably! Everything about this home is well-thought out & well-executed. The king bed & sofa bed are super comfortable. The home is stocked with everything you can imagine. This is not a cheapy, money-grab spot that looks great in pics, but lives spartan. It's treated the way you'd treat a 2nd home. We loved our stay. And, our kids loved the old school Nintendo & games. Super easy 2 block walk downtown. Parking is also easy, both in front of & to the side of the house. And, the owners are incredible. Super available, always willing to go the extra mile, full of tips & recs. We stayed in 13 rentals over the course of a 9-week road trip. This is 1 of just 2 or 3 places we stayed that met or exceeded expectations. And they were hands down the best owners/managers. 5-star experience!"
