"Nicely located as I was able to walk to almost everyplace I needed. The flat was a nice size and was decorated well. The bathroom was recently remodeled and was perfect, the walk-in shower was the perfect size. The kitchen was more than adequate for my extended stay. I was definitely pleased with this booking."

Amenities were ideal with breakfast food items included plus a bottle of Prosecco and shortbread as a thoughtful Christmas gift. The property had been decorated for Christmas - another kind and thoughtful touch. The property was spotlessly clean and had everything that we needed. The bed was extremely comfortable. "My son and I visited with some friends and their kids for 1 night over the may bank holiday. The house has plenty of space and the kids enjoyed exploring and picking their rooms. It's close to a Budgins and fish and chip shop so food was easily available. We went to Stanwick Lakes which is only 20mins drive away and a giant free adventure play area."
