"The one thing that I loved about this facility was that it was family-friendly My grandbabies loved it there was something for everyone to do and whether it be sitting on the balcony watching traffic or watching other people come in and go out sitting in the jacuzzi in the outside or indoor pool or enjoying the water slides or the pools in general it was very nice. And there were other activities to Build-A-Bear to name one of my kids' favorite"

"I couldn’t fault this hotel and resort at all - the bedroom was lovely and clean. The food and drink was fab and the staff were all really friendly and helpful. Dollywood was great and so was pigeon forge - there was so much to do"

"The woman at the PAID breakfast buffet is RUDE! She should be cleaning rooms and FAR AWAY from direct customer service. Breakfast was a JOKE! I’ve had better food (and service) at a FREE CONTINENTAL BREAKFAST The rooms had been “updated” but in a very poor fashion. The bathtub faucet wasn’t even caulked to the wall so when we pulled the lever to start the shower it did nothing. We had to hold the faucet in order to pull the lever. Every shower bar was crooked. It was obvious this place was updated in a cheap and quick fashion. The waterpark was a BLAST! We will definitely be back just to visit the water park. The rest of the place we could do without though. "
