very argumentatively receptionist, Could not speak English very well. Never stay there again if she is there. Finally T.J. (the mang.) should up and got it all straight...I"m 66 years old and have stayed there many times in the past. Also there were 3 or 4 big 4wheel drive pickups driven by young 20 year old guys there. VERY LOUD and AGGRIVATING to people who are trying to sleep . Filling there beer cooler up with ice and beer while talking back and forth with friends on the second floor.12 pm . Returning around 3am with there LOUD sickening trucks once again talking like they were at a football game (LOAD). My worst stay ever in Pigeon Forge...Sorry but you asked!!!!
