The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful and went above and beyond, Dao, Alee and Sophia to mention a few. It was a joy to watch all of the staff looking so happy going about their job everyday with enthusiasm and a smile on their face. Breakfast was amazing, my wife is Asian and I am Western and we both looked forward every morning to the breakfast every morning. Rooftop lounge and pool topped off a very enjoyable week with great bar staff who remembered your order the next day. The hotel’s location is close and walkable to shopping centres, restaurants and Opera House. We will definitely be back."
