Central. Lovely staff. Good value for money. All round satisfaction. Breakfast wasn’t a massive choice, but very adequate with excellent coffee and egg choices. No restaurant or bar. Good lift. Comfy bed and good linen.

My room is small and has no window but it’s always clean and feels cozy. The hotel’s location is perfect…accessible to lots of fashion shops, restaurants, and even a park for morning exercise. The staff are exceptionally friendly, hospitable, and helpful. I highly recommend this hotel and will definitely consider staying here whenever I’m traveling to Vietnam.

The hotel is located in the center of the city so everything is super accessible. The post office, cathedral , Ben then market, Bui Vien walking street are walkable from this hotel. The hotel rooms are nice and clean. The only thing I did not like was the breakfast spread. The hotel has not taken into account people who are vegetarian or vegans. There was literally nothing that I could eat except for bread butter jam and coffee and a few pieces of fruits. The staff was very courteous, kind and helpful. I will give them 5 star

The GK central is very convenient if staying near the central market area. The hotel was good for a 2 day stay if you're exploring the city and need an easy place to stay. The room was ok, clean and acceptable. The noise proofing wasn't terrific because we could hear the street noise and also didn't realise a few night clubs had opened nearby since the last time with stayed which really pump up the music until 2am which was annoying. Breakfast here is very basic, the Vietnamese coffee is good and eggs are made to order, otherwise there's a limited selection of other choices. Overall the hotel is reasonable value for money and you get what you pay for.

It’s not the Ritz Carlton but it’s clean, great location and if you are planning to use your room for only sleeping, this is your hotel. The bathroom was renovated and was modern. Close proximity to many attractions. Convenience store right across the street. I’d definitely stay there again.
