We arrived to a beautiful, clean well equipped cottage. Colin, our host, was very friendly and helped us to settle in.

The Annex was a peaceful location with views across the hills. It’s a convenient location for the Eden Project and the beaches around St Austell. The annex is a good base and has a home from home feel. John the host is very friendly and welcoming.

Helen and Paul must be two of the nicest and kindest hosts we've met. After a 6 hour drive, to arrive to a cream tea laid out in the apartment was truly a lovely touch. One of the cleanest places we've ever stayed, they'd literally thought of everything you could need. You name it, it was there, potato peeler, sieve, cling film, foil the works. Helen even asked me what milk we drink and made sure there was a pint of semi skimmed in the fridge on arrival.. Thanks Helen. The bed and the sofa were...

A lovely base for us, everything we needed and lots of space. Thank you, host was very helpful.

Cannot fault a thing! My 8 years old absolutely loves it! We will be back again in the near future.

We had an incredible stay in a beautiful location. Lovely see views from the balcony (perfect for morning yoga). The upside down living made the most of the views. The two rooms, one with a double and one with 2 single bunks were perfect for our family of 4 with 2 pre-teen children. Everything was clean and homely. We loved taking the footpath near the front of site from the main road, down to Port Garverne at the for see dips and dinner at Pilchards where the flavours were delicious, and also...

Delightful accommodation, very comfy and perfect for a couple. Well sited for the SW coast path and/or the Eden Project.

Penny & Roy were the perfect hosts at their hidden gem holiday lets. So we had a great stay in their cosy ‘Little Willow’ cottage, a great retreat, with all the amenities/comforts you could need, along with some lovely, thoughtful extras provided! Watch out for cute little Roo, their friendly ittle dog! ✨

The host was very friendly. We had a great time of staying there for 5 nights. :)

We had a lovely stay at this pretty and comfortable pod. Jean was very helpful and friendly and pod was very well equipped and laid out. No wasted space but plenty of room. Great shower, oodles of hot water and plenty of power points. Wi-Fi excellent and plenty of cosy touches. Thoroughly recommend for those who want a property that’s tucked away but the host is at the farmhouse nearby. We will be back! Thank you for a lovely, relaxing stay and cuddles with your dogs!

Superb location, metres from the slipway and harbour. Close to costal footpath and walk to Port Gaverne, restaurant, pubs and cafes. Very cosy cottage with wood burner. A few minor things like no fridge light, a few cobwebs but nothing to put anyone off. Well equipped kitchen and rear shared courtyard. I would return!

The stay was beyond what was expected. A beautiful site that also offered absolute privacy.

Lovely stay again 💕 cant wait to return. Clean, and my 2 young children loved it.

The cottage was beautiful and comfy. Situated in a perfect place where it’s quiet but also close enough to everything. The hosts were great and very helpful.

We had a lovely stay for two nights at 4 Meadow. The Jacuzzi was amazing. Beautiful surroundings. Family friendly. Wifi was really good as well. In a nutshell, we had all we needed for our mini break.

We had a lovely time, the lodge was fantastic. A very friendly and welcoming place to visit!

Great value for money! Spotlessly clean and located in a lovely, quiet spot. Perfect if you’re looking for a relaxing break in Cornwall

Lovely place at the end of the village, quite, lovely little garden enclosed, driveway for your car, sky tv handy when weather bad and plenty of room, lovely kitchen and large conservatory to eat in.

The property was excellent and from the time we arrived everything was clear on how to enter. There was everything we needed including cleaning products and the kitchen was well stocked with what anyone would need. The bungalow was spacious and the area was quiet and clean well kept. We had a wonderful stay and would highly recommend the site for families, couples or single travellers. A great location with a short drive to nearby villages etc

We had a very pleasant stay and would book again at Expedia prices
