8.2/10 Very good! (212 reviews)
Lovely hotel with friendly staff. My room was at the front of the hotel which could be a little noisy… especially with ambulances dashing by… the hotel is near 2 hospitals. However this did not distract from the quality of the hotel. I was also given a free bus and tram ticket to use for the whole of my stay. Public transport is plentiful near the hotel. I can recommend the hotel and would definitely use it again.

The hotel was beautiful staff were lovely and helpful. The room was very clean & comfortable. The spa area was very relaxing & staff switched the sauna on and provided us with robes & slippers. The restaurant was a lovely atmosphere & staff waiting were great and the food was amazing. Breakfast provided plenty choice.
