"I love this place! The layout is so welcoming! The pool is lovely and clean. The bar area is cosy, and the restaurant is set out nicely with a lovely ambiance. The breakfast was delicious and really well cooked. The staff are just exceptional! Absolutely every single person we spoke to could not do enough to help, and nothing was a problem. I had a knee replacement 2 weeks before our stay, and had not realised I’d need an accessible room, and although the first night they had none available, first thing next morning they moved us to one. This is one of the friendliest hotels I’ve ever stayed, and it’s totally down to the wonderful staff. Omar… you were brilliant! As was the lovely chap who helped me out of the taxi last night just as he was leaving his shift. Thank you all so much x"
