I discovered a hit on my car from from right side I didn’t check it when I was there . The person who was taken the car for parking probably made that hit . I have called the hotel but their phone number was not reachable as no one was answering b the phone

Poor customer service. We were left to find out own rooms on arrival with wrong directions. Staff allowed people to que jump at the main reception despite me telling them that I have been queuing for a while. For the price and the supposed 5 star rating I was expecting 5 star service. You will find a better hotel in the same area for the same price or cheaper without a doubt. Staff customer service 2/10 Food quality was at best 5/10 Room cleanliness 8/10 (they did not change bedsheets throughout the 7 day stay) Amenities 5/10

Excellent all inclusive with wonderful facilities and outstanding food. Very generous in their food offerings — we ate great from 7 AM to 2 AM! Highly recommended for families. Specially thanks to Lion, the photographer, for organizing an unforgettable photoshoot that allow us to relive the memories for many years to come.

We had an absolutely amazing family holiday at Kamelya Collection Selin Hotel From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded our expectations. The resort is beautiful, with huge swimming pools that never felt overcrowded, giving everyone plenty of space to relax and have fun. The Kids Club deserves a special mention. The staff were incredibly professional, caring, and full of energy. Our children loved every activity, and it gave us the chance to truly unwind knowing they were in such safe hands. The beach is stunning, with soft sand and crystal-clear water—perfect for both children and adults. One of our favourite moments each day DJ performances, which created such a fun and vibrant atmosphere without being overwhelming. The à la carte restaurants were outstanding. Every meal was delicious, the service was excellent, and the variety of cuisines meant there was something for everyone. It really made our stay feel extra special. The entire team at Kamelya Collection Selin Hotel was warm, friendly, and always willing to help. Their attention to detail and genuine hospitality made us feel welcome throughout our stay. If you're looking for the perfect family holiday with fantastic facilities, great entertainment, excellent food, and a beautiful beach, we couldn't recommend Kamelya Collection Selin Hotel more highly.
