Disliked: Cleanliness, staff & service, property conditions & facilities, room comfort

HORRIBLE DON'T STAY HERE

Not as advertised. No personal concierge (as advertised, limited wifi, filthy accomodations, the cleaning was probably done about a month before we stayed there. The sheets smelled moldy and they seemed to "clean around" things, which was disgusting. There was no cable, even though we were told every single day that the cable guy came but we weren't there or some other lame excuse No maid service as advertised, however I question their ability to clean anyway Construction going on across from the living room balcony. Living has no blinds so you will enjoy construction workers staring at you through the living room. We were so dissatisfied with this hotel, despite multiple unsuccessful/unresponsive calls to Expedia, we checked out 3 days early and went somewhere else, thus paying twice for our vacation lodging
