Overall, it's a nice property with good management. The apartments could be a bit cleaner and better maintained. In the end, there were extra charges for cleaning, which weren't communicated prior and they also seemed a bit unreasonable, especially a charge for towns which had sunscreen stains that easily come out when you wash them in hot water. I mean, we are at beach town, so this is almost inevitable.
