Hosting up to 24 guests, the villa offers expansive suites across the main house and two private guest casitas. Daily chef service, beachfront pool, and panoramic rooftop lounge elevate the experience, while kayaks, snorkel gear, and hammocks invite simple pleasures by the sea. At Hacienda Caracol, large groups enjoy the rare blend of scale, privacy, and effortless service.

• Hacienda Caracol is located in the gated community of Soliman Bay, just 15 minutes north of Tulum town. The setting combines privacy, safety, and natural beauty while remaining close to Tulum’s vibrant dining and culture.

• Daily chef service is included from 8:00 AM to 6:30 PM. Groceries are billed at cost plus a 35% service fee. We recommend budgeting $30–40 USD per person per day for three meals.

• With ten bedrooms and spacious common areas, the villa is designed for large groups. It’s ideal for family reunions, retreats, or milestone celebrations.

• Your dedicated concierge will greet you on arrival and remain available to coordinate every detail, from airport transfers to excursions.
