TrĂšs bons Ă©changes en amont avec le propriĂ©taire concernant la procĂ©dure d’arrivĂ©e.Cependant, une fois sur place, nous avons constatĂ© plusieurs points problĂ©matiques :- CapacitĂ© d’accueil non conforme Ă  l’annonce : Contrairement Ă  ce qui Ă©tait indiquĂ© (2 lits doubles dans la chambre 2), la chambre attenante Ă  la chambre parentale comportait en rĂ©alitĂ© deux lits simples, dont l’un Ă©tait de trĂšs petite taille, inadaptĂ© Ă  un adolescent – convenant tout au plus Ă  un enfant de moins de 6 ans.- Intrusion injustifiĂ©e : le lendemain, Ă  la demande de la propriĂ©taire, la femme de mĂ©nage est entrĂ©e dans le logement sans mon autorisation pour vider et verrouiller la chambre « normale » qui nous avait Ă©tĂ© attribuĂ©e en remplacement. Elle m’a menacĂ©e d’expulsion si je n’obtempĂ©rais pas. Cette intrusion constitue une violation manifeste du domicile.- État gĂ©nĂ©ral du logement : la maison est trĂšs vĂ©tuste et sombre. On note des fuites visibles derriĂšre le papier peint dans les WC, un porte-serviette dont le crochet se dĂ©croche, et un manque Ă©vident d’espace de rangement pour quatre personnes, mĂȘme pour un court sĂ©jour (un seul placard avec trĂšs peu de cintres).A bon entendeur, salut !
