Such a beautiful property. The room and added perks (heated towel rack and bathroom floors) were second to none! The staff was so friendly and focus on making it a perfect stay. We wish we stayed more than one night to take advantage of dinner and amenities. We drove from picton on way to auckland so arrived late and left early! If we ever come back we will stay longer for sure!!

Staff were great. Amenities were shown to us personally. The room was lovely. Dinner was fantastic and the breakfast before leaving topped off our stay perfectly. The grounds are amazing with great views of lake Rotorua. Very intimate hotel.
