Really nice hotel. The staff are incredibly helpful. Located about 10 minutes from the centre. There is an underground carpark beneath the hotel. The hotel is situated close to a University campus which has some nice restaurants and lots of open spaces. Also right beside an amazing supermarket which has lots of delicious local produce.

Would Stay Here Again!
Although the location is a little over 20 mins walking from the train station and about 10 mins to the historic center, it’s an excellent location for MUSE and Palazzo Albere, as well as nice green spaces with beautiful views and a handful of cafes and restaurants. The building is new and modern. The room is clean and comfortable but lacks a shower curtain or door so water will spill out when you shower. The breakfast that was included was also decent.

The property is right by the college campus so its a lively area with great food choices. You however are not limited to the area just outside. It is about a 15-20 minute walk to the beautiful historic city center where there are to many choices of food and shopping to make in one trip. The property was very clean. The breakfast was fine and the staff very friendly. It has many mountain hiking trails that are a short drive from the property as a bonus. The only thing I can see people having an issue with is the very limited fitness room and the eco function where the fridge shuts off when the card is in the plug. (like many EU hotels you need your card entered into a slot for power) While the card is plugged in the fridge turns off. So the temperature of the fridge is not consistent. This however is part of their eco friendly vibe so I personally was fine with it.

Pleasant stay at NH Trento
The room was clean and pleasant. The property itself is relatively new with a modern and futuristic design. It takes only 10-15 mins walk to the old town. The receptionist was very helpful and friendly. Breakfast was fine but not great. Overall very good value for money.

Location was ideal and walkable. Nice park next to the hotel. Good resturant options near by but recommend going into the city center for better variety. Hotel staff was friendly and helpful. Rooms are clean and modernly decorated. Hotel architecture is interesting. Would return.

Nice room but a few shortcomings: (1) No coffeemaker - a hot water heater & instant coffee is not very useful.(2) Makes no sense to have a refrigerator that turns off when you leave the room - that defeats the purpose of a refrigerator, which is to keep stuff cold. (3) Shower very small even by euro standards. But overall a nice place , very helpful young woman at front desk during my stay.

State of Art & Technology but lacking practicality
Booked Junior Suite with view, but disappointed with the room ( Room 402) allocated which was in the corner of the building with odd shape. Upon arrival there was unpleasant smell on 4th floor, which was sorted out after brought to their attention. There is no bedside table on one side because of the layout of the room and unlike pictures advertised there were no other furniture. Bathroom shower screen needs sealing as water leaking on to the floor after shower( see my pics). Main Lights were keep switching off after hour or so, no idea why? Could be Green energy? There is a kettle in the shelf but no power socket where it is placed. Huge L- shaped balcony as room was in the corner but unfortunately no chairs provided.

Easy to find gem
Beautiful modern hotel with good size rooms English t.v. channels and great value parking right under the hotel.If you pay extra for the top floor the views are spectacular.Wonderful hot and cold breakfast items. Trento is a gorgeous small city with a spectacular huge castle not to be missed. We toured Italy for the month of May and this was our favorite hotel.

Highly recommended!
Normally I don't bother writing reviews, this hotel deserve it! My visit was on September 2017, Hotel is relative new, Very clean and confortable with a modern decoration. Breakfast was great and staff very friendly. Location is perfect 10 – 15 minutes walk to the city center. Underground garage available at a reasonable price! I will be back. Highly recommended!

Everything was spot on in this hotel!
This was probably one of the two hotels we were most pleased and satisfied with. We had a junior suite. I love the hard surface flooring - much more hygienic than carpet! Spacious bathroom with a wonderful rainfall showerhead. Comfortable sitting area. I would call this an eco hotel because the buildings are solar powered with panels that turn to face the sun, they have light filtering electric shades outside the windows which also add to energy efficiency. Breakfast was fantastic. Service at reception was exceptional!

A very good hotel
Hotel is excellent, very comfertable bed and the suite was at a very reasonable price compared with the usual prices of rooms, highly recommend it. Staff were friendly and very helpful.

Nice hotel, but really needs proper air conditioning, breath takingly hot rooms in summer. There is some central cooling system for the whole hotel but it's not up to the job. The lifts are glass boxes without ventilation...style over substance...

Just outside of town - close enough to walk
This was my second stay at NH Trento. We returned because I couldn't imagine a better place to stay. The hotel is immaculate, the staff is friendly and professional, superb wireless internet, and a breakfast buffet every morning with just about everything you can imagine. The surroundings are unique in that it is surrounded by park land - so you really feel away from the city even though you are so close by. Very safe and quiet.

Very nice hotel, clean and modern. Air conditioning did not work correctly which led to a warm room with little ventilation. Breakfast and staff excellent. Inspire of above would stay again.

The place is great, new facilities and good service. Is located in the new development area of Trento, very close to the historical centre and the new museum of science. Great view of the mountains.
