The hotel was recently remodel, the rooms were very nice, and a good size. Breakfast not enough selection it was okay. The pool good size, it was warm and is NOT deep. However it needs to be remodel as tile pieces are falling out. The staff very nice and friendly.

Nice find, with good character.
Nice place with amazing views. Felt a bit like a cruise ship as it’s curved. Quite off the beaten track and an interesting drive to get there from the Lake side.

Very little English spoken by any staff , information regarding local area practically non existent all brochures in German and staff struggled to speak English when asked anything . Evening meals overpriced and limited . no tea or coffee. making facilities in room and limited to one of either at breakfast .Only found 2 members of staff friendly both in reception area and the lady who cleaned the rooms was friendly . Transport arranged in to town by hotel extremely expensive

Great value for money. Spectacular views.
Hotel Balze is situated way up high overlooking Lake Garda. We were situated on the 1st floor and had a triple room which had stunning views overlooking the lake from our private terrace. I was pleasantly surprised that the hotel photos are representative of the hotel. The room was spacious, clean and modern. The hotel has a great indoor swimming pool which has doors opening out to a sun terrace. Whenever we went to the pool it was not crowded. The sauna/spa facillities can be used free of charge with charges only for specific massages. Towelling robes, slippers and towels were provided free of charge. Swimwear is not allowed to be worn in the saunas. The breakfast buffet caters for all with great breads, cakes , cheese, hams, salamis, fresh fruits, yoghurts etc etc. Brits beware of the eggs which are labelled 'boiled' when actually they should be labelled 'for boiling' as there is a boiler available to boil your own. It's a little regimented that you have a specific table with your room number on it. If you like to visit local restaurants then they are mostly within a short drive although there are a couple within a few minutes walking distance (given the heat and gradient of the hills).

Great hotel. Fantastic views.
When we arrived after an early start and long journey we were greeted by the reception staff. They were very welcoming and informative about the hotel speaking very good English. The room was clean and very well kept with a fridge and safe. Walking out onto the balcony, the views of the lake and mountains were breathtaking. There was a good selection from the buffet breakfast and Dinner menu. The spa facilities were also very good with a nice pool and separate Sauna and steam room area. The drive up to the hotel from Limone Sul Garda was fun with narrow roads and steep hairpin bends(very little traffic). There are plenty of walks in the surrounding area, we went up to Monte Bestone and along some nice paths to the beautiful village of Pieve.

Nice hotel with an amazing view
This hotel is really nice and at the top of the mountain, so you have an amazing view on Lake Garda. The rooms are clean and perfectly fine. The balconies are great. A small improvement - as a 6.2 tall (192cm), the beds were a little bit small for me. I still could sleep fine, but bigger beds would have been great.

Einzigartige Panoramalage mit herrlichem Blick über den Gardasee. Schöne, neu renovierte Zimmer. Dieses Jahr gab es wegen Covid-19 kein Buffet dafür wurde ein 4-Gang-Menü serviert. Sehr freundliche Mitarbeiter und Hotelführung.

Das Zimmer war groß und mit super Aussicht. Wäre allerdings gut wenn zumindest ein Wasserkocher sowie ein paar Gläser auf dem Zimmer wären. Der Wellnessbereich, welcher auf den Bildern vielversprechend aussah, benötigt dringend eine Sanierung.

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt und Urlaub im Le Balze. Die Lage ist einfach super, wenn man sich vom Trubel der Touristen in die Berge zurückziehen will. Das Panorama vom Hotel ist sicherlich eins der Besten am ganzen Gardasee. Die Zuwegung ist schon etwas eng, aber wer die Bergstraßen in den Alpen kennt, sollte auch damit zurechtkommen. Beim Service gibt es teils etwas Verbesserungspotential und man sollte auch nicht auf WLAN angewiesen sein, welches zwar meist funktioniert, aber sehr langsam ist.

An und für sich macht das Hotel einen guten Eindruck. Wir hatten ein schönes modernes Zimmer mit einem traumhaften Ausblick aber es war auch sehr hellhörig. Das Essen war ganz ok aber noch ausbaufähig, das Rührei ging garnicht. Ein Außenpool wäre noch schön gewesen um im Hotel zu bleiben und das super Wetter zu genießen und zu entspannen. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Das Hotel liegt auf dem Berg und daher hat man eine fantastische Sicht auf den Garda See! Das Zimmer war groß, hell und sauber! Alle Angestellten aufgeschlossen, bemüht und freundlich! Auch für Familien mit Kindern zu empfehlen !!!

Grandiose Aussicht
Hotel und Einrichtung sind etwas altbacken, Bäder ebenfalls, aber alles sehr sauber und gepflegt. Schönes Frühstück, das bei gutem Wetter auch auf der Terrasse eingenommen werden kann. Die Anfahrt ist nicht so dramatisch, wie beschrieben, das Hotel liegt eben sehr hoch auf dem Berg. Dadurch sind abendliche Unternehmungen etwas mühsamer. Sensationell ist die Ruhe!!! Der Ausblick auf den See und die Umgebung vom Balkon aus und auch vom Restaurant ist traumhaft. Man ist sehr schnell in Limone, etwa 10- 15 Minuten vom bzw. ins Tal. Von dort aus gute Möglichkeiten, auch mit dem Schiff den See und die Umgebung zu erkunden. Das Hotel hat Bonuskarten, man muss diese aber erfragen. Gute Parkmöglichkeiten in Limone. Am Hotel waren (im Juni) ausreichend Parkplätze, mitunter etwas Fußweg zu den unteren Parkmöglichkeiten. Der Innenpool ist okay, bei starker Belegung wird es wahrscheinlich mit den Liegemöglichkeiten etwas knapp. Es hat innen und außen Liegen.

Tolle Aussicht
Liegt ganz oben auf dem Berg. Zimmer war recht groß mit Balkon und tollem Seeblick. Das Bad könnte ein Update vertragen, ist aber nicht schlecht. Personal ist Freundlich. Wellness ok, aber klein. Insbesondere die Sauna. Frühstück gut. Abendessen oder Bar am Abend aufgrund der Atmosphäre nicht zu empfehlen. Man kommt sich vor wie in einer Halle mit Neonlicht.

struttura in una bellissima posizione panoramica, purtroppo la nebbiolina di inizio primavera non ci deliziato di vedere un bel panorama ma in giornate serene sara sicuramente da fiatosospeso. all'arrivo una bravissima hostes ci ha accolto spiegato e portato in camera. A mio parere unica pecca la SPA poco curata. non c'era nulla da bere boccia dell'acqua vuota e tisane inesistenti . il ristorante niente di che, mi aspettavo piatti piu buoni. nessun intrattenimento anche se era domenica . nella SPA manca il sottofondo di musica relax, pero mi sono trovata con una che e stata al telefono e ha urlato in tedesco per un bel quartod'ora

Panorama pur
Grandiose Aussicht auf den Gardasee, dafür aber etwas abseits gelegen. Sehr nettes Personal an der Rezeption sowie auch im Service. Preis/Leistung stimmt, deshalb absolut empfehlenswert wenn man nicht mitten im Geschehen sein möchte.

Schönes Hotel in ruhiger Lage mit toller Aussicht!
Es war zwar eine sehr kurvige und steile Anfahrt, aber das Hotel war sehr schön. Wir waren zwar noch in einem "nicht modernisierten" Zimmer, aber es war sehr sauber und vor allem ziemlich groß. Was ich sehr schade fand ist, dass der Pool nicht draußen ist. die Glasfront ist zwar zu öffnen, aber da der Pool überdacht ist, ist das Wasser ziemlich kalt. Vom Frühstücksbuffet war ich sehr begeistert, da die Auswahl ziemlich groß ist, genau das richtige für Früchstück-Fans ;-)

Es ist alles relativ lieblos eingerichtet, ein Bild an der Wand wäre einfach schöner. Das Personal wirkt teilweise leider genervt was sehr schade ist. Ein Blick von oben über den See oder aber ein Besuch bei der angegliederten Pizzeria Le Baita da Roberto entschädigt aber dafür.

Top Hotel - gigantische Aussicht auf den See!
Meine Frau und ich waren von dem Hotel begeistert - alleine schon wg. der Lage. Die Aussicht ist atemberaubend. Wir hatten ein Zimmer mit großer Dachterasse und eigenen Liegen. Das Hotel selbst ist schon etwas älter wurde aber gut in Schuss gehalten und renoviert. Es ist grundsätzlich sauber und macht einen sehr guten Eindruck (auch Spa, Pool ect.). Das Personal ist ab und an etwas pampig gewesen, was uns aber net stört und vielleicht auch eher ein subjektiver Eindruck ist. Über das Essen können wir nicht viel sagen, da wir immer auswärts gegessen haben - das Frühstück war ausgezeichnet. In Summe können wir das Hotel weiterempfehlen - Preis / Leistung ist gut!

Großes Aktivhotel mit tollem Blick auf den See
Wir waren nur 1 Übernachtung. Das was wir mitbekommen haben (leider nicht den Pool, die Tennisanlagen und den Wellnessbereich) war es dort sehr angenehm. Trotz der Größe angenehm, großes Zimmer zu dritt mit kleiner Terrasse mit Blick auf den See. Frühstück war vielseitig, gesund, frisch. Der Café ( jeder Art) war das Einzige was garnicht geschmeckt hat. Gerade für Italien sehr schlecht. Ich vermute Instand aus dem Automaten. Guten Espresso musste man wenn dann an der Bar bestellen aber auch extra bezahlen?!?!? Schade! Dazugehörige Puzzaria bei den Tennisanlagen war gut.

Sehr freundliches, hilfsbereites Personal. Das Zimmer war geräumig und gut ausgestattet. Das Hotel macht insgesamt einen sauberen Eindruck. Das Frühstück ist für italienische Verhältnisse gut. Wurst, Salam, Kochschinken, leider nur einmal Rohschinken, Müsli,....... Zum Abendessen gibt es hervorragende Möglichkeiten in der Näheren Umgebung. Der Wellnessbereich ist sehr sauber und zur Entspannung ausreichend. Die Masseuse versteht ihr Handwerk. Wir nutzen gerne Fenstertage und haben gleich wieder gebucht.

Super Ausblick auf den Gardasee
Wir waren sehr überrascht vom herrlichen Ausblick auf den Gardasee und der Gegend von und rund um Tremosine. Die Anfahrt laut Navi führt über die alte via Moro, recht Anspruchsvoll zu fahren, teilweise sehr eng und steil. Das Wetter war während unserem Aufenthalt recht angenehm.

Nyrenoverat rum med stark lukt från plastmattan. Kanonfin utsikt. Kunde endast välja en låst 3-rättersmeny på kvällen. En av pojkarna var dålig i magen och ville ha något mindre och lättare, vilket hotellet valde att inte ordna.

Hotel mit herrlichem Ausblick
Wir wurden sehr freundlich empfangen und persönlich zum Zimmer begleitet, was etwas verwinkelt in einem anderen Stockwerk lag. Die Zimmer sind neu und modern eingerichtet und verhältnissmässig gross. Die Terrasse mit Ausblick auf den See und zum Monte Baldo hinüber traumhaft schön. Das Frühstücksbuffet war reichhaltig und für jeden etwas dabei.Das Serviceperson sehr zuvorkommend und aufmerksam. Am Ostersonntag war der Tisch sogar mit Schokoladeneiern liebevoll dekoriert, Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder!

Hôtel agréable et superbement situé au dessus du lac de garde, personnel très agréable et efficace mais il est dommage que les infrastructures sont vieillissantes et certaines installations comme par exemple le billard ne sont pas acceptable de la part d'un hôtel 4*. Autre point, les photos proposées par l'hôtel sur leur site ou bien sur expédia ne reflètent pas la réalité et la qualité surtout au niveau des chambres. La réalité est décevante, vieux carrelage, teinte pastelle usée au mur, menuiserie qui ferme mal, salle de bain d'un autre âge, très décevant et pas digne d'un 4*. Heureusement que le personnel et le restaurant relève un peu la note.
