Excellent stay as a couple. Easy access to beautiful parts of lake Garda. Room was clean and breakfast was great. We used the spa facilities also which was a great relief after a few days of walking nearby towns.

Hotel is in a quiet lakeside spot. It is spotlessly clean and very well furnished. The staff are all very helpful and friendly. There are a couple of restaurants by the lakeside if you want to eat out and the ferry dock is a couple of minutes walk away, if you want a boat trip on the lake. We will definitely stay here again.

Amazing stay at this hotel. Lovely peaceful location and amazing views. Only thing I would say is that we only had one socket in our room. Nothing major but would’ve been good for a second.

We really enjoyed our stay here. We were happy with the staff, the hotel the food and the room. Our only complaint is that there weren't any plugs on either side of the bed. My husband sleeps with a cpap machine and has to have electrical outlets to operate his machine

Wir haben eine Woche zu zweit in diesem wunderschön gelegenen Hotel verbracht. Von unserem Superior Zimmer aus hatten wir über die Terrasse direkten Zugang zum Pool und zum See und einen fantastischen Ausblick. Das Frühstücksbuffet hat keinerlei Wünsche offen gelassen, und in der Beach-Bar gab es leckere Cocktails und kleine Snacks mit direktem Blick auf den See. Unser Zimmer war geräumig und gepflegt und ließ nur ein paar Kleinigkeiten vermissen (Steckdosen in Bettnähe, Wandhaken zum Aufhängen von Kleidung oder Handtüchern, Gläser/Glasflaschen, Klappständer für die Koffer). Das Hotel verfügt über kostenlose Parkplätze in unmittelbarer Nähe. Den Wellnessbereich haben wir nicht ausprobiert, da das Wetter viel zu schön war. Das machen wir dann vielleicht bei unserem nächsten Besuch. Vom nahegelegenen Hafen Portese aus haben wir stattdessen die Umgebung erkundet.

Vi blev slemt skuffet over hotellet. Værelset var meget slidt og der var ingen lydisolering, så vi fik meget lidt søvn - fordi der var skrigende børn fra begge sider. Vi kunne også høre naboen snorke. Morgenmadsbuffet var et rent kaos og dårlig, og værst af alt, så blev vi 2 gange smidt væk fra morgenmaden, fordi vi sad i 10 minutter, hvilket en tjener mente var for lang tid. En gang midt i maden, kom der en tjener og tog vores tallerkner, selvom vi slet ikke var færdige, han virkede meget sur. Generelt havde vi nogle rigtige trælse oplevelser med 2 af personalet, som var sure. Værelserne er meget små, slidte og sengen var meget hård. Der er langt til spisesteder, der er 2 om hjørnet, men ellers ligger det meget dårlig placeret. Vi anbefaler ikke dette sted, hvis man vil have en afslappet ferie.

Ruhige Lage, da Promenade endet, Hafen in der Nähe, schöne Anlagen und Terrassen, direkter Zugang zum See mit abgesperrten Badebereich, getrennte Pool (spielen oder ruhen) Frühstück reichlich und gut, freundlicher Service auch am Empfang, Kofferservice wenn gewünscht, Parkplätze vorhanden, alles äusserst sauber.

Perfekt beliggenhed ved søen

Lækkert hotel lige ved vandet og gå afstand til havnen virkeligt lækkert dog lidt dyrt at spise på stedet som var lidt ærgerligt da der kun ligger 3 andre spise steder ikke så langt der fra, det er også ærgerligt at der ingen steder stå at 3 af deres 4 pools er til voksne og spa området og kun var til voksne det får man først når man booker det de havde desværre også lukket den ene tag pool

Härlig vistelse med magisk utsikt. Kommer gärna tillbaka. Dock fick barn inte bada annat än i poolen på baksidan och i havet, något som inte tillräckligt framgick i beskrivningen. Även området på taket var endast efter extra betalning. Men, det var ett trevligt poolområde för barnen så det blev en bra vistelse ändå. Trots fullt hotell fanns det gott om solstolar.
