"What I liked or really appreciated was how the whole staff greeted my daughter, Annie and me. And even though your hotel is pet friendly, our dog, Kody was welcomed and played with daily. You do not see that at other "pet friendly" hotels. Thank you for a wonderful stay. "

"The hotel and grounds are beautiful. The lake view and beach access are fantastic. We would have loved to have used our awesome lake view balcony, unfortunately it was covered in webs and spiders and dead bugs. The railings, the outdoor furniture, the lights, the walls. We took an inside chair outside to sit in and lasted 5 minutes before a spider was dangling in front of us. That was a huge disappointment. "

"Super cute property, the beach is nice. They clean the carpets with an industrial carpet cleaner daily which was nice. The pool and the hot tub were in good condition, it’s an older property but it’s nicely maintained and close to restaurants."

"Staff and hotel were absolutely lovely! Would stay here again, for more days. The beach, beach chairs, gazebo and outdoor eating space and fire pit were just what we needed. The ducks were a nice touch too. The fine sand was perfect for walking and exploring. "

"Great Wolf Lodge was great. The staff were great. The only negative is that there seems to be really poor Lyft and Uber service around Traverse City."
