A spacious and cosy 177-square-meter apartment located on the fifth floor of a building with an lift (though there are a few steps to climb to reach it), which can accommodate up to 6 people. The apartment boasts an incredible view of the sea, Mount Erice, and the Ligny Tower.

The apartment enjoys a strategic location: just 150 metres from the beach, in an area with shops and amenities such as a pharmacy, supermarket, and restaurant—ideal for a relaxing stay.



The 177-square-meter apartment is located on the fifth floor of a building with an lift (though you’ll need to climb a few steps to reach it).



The interior layout is as follows:



-BEDROOM 1 with a double bed, closet, chest of drawers, split A/C, and balcony;

-BEDROOM 2 with a double bed, closet, chest of drawers, split A/C, and balcony;

-BEDROOM 3 with two single beds, split A/C, and a wardrobe;

-LIVING ROOM with two sofas, a dining table with chairs, split A/C, a 40-inch TV, and two entrances to the balcony;

-KITCHEN with gas stove (4 burners), dining table with chairs, refrigerator with freezer, moka pot, dishwasher, electric oven, juicer, various kitchen utensils, wine glasses, access to the balcony;

-BATHROOM 1 with raised shower stall, bidet, and toilet;

-BATHROOM 2 with raised shower stall, bidet, and toilet;

-3 BALCONIES.



ADDITIONAL AMENITIES: unlimited Wi-Fi (fibre), soundproof windows, washing machine, iron and ironing board, clothesline, clothes rack, hair dryer, independent heating and heat pumps.



The entire apartment is for the exclusive use of guests during their stay, and there are no shared spaces with the host or other guests.



7 days before arrival, you will receive instructions on how to register your documents via our Guest Portal and pay the tourist tax owed to the Municipality of Trapani, which is €2.50 for up to 5 nights.

We need this procedure to verify your information and documents and to send the details to the Alloggiati Web police service, which is the Italian system for registering guests staying in Italy.

Turning the air conditioning and heating on and off is subject to compliance with current Italian regulations (Presidential Decree No. 74 of April 16, 2013, and Ministerial Decree No. 383 of 6.10.2022).

Summer: The average air temperature must not be lower than 26°C for all types of buildings.

Winter: The weighted average air temperature must not exceed 19°C. The period during which heating is allowed and the daily operating time depend on the climate zone defined by the regulations.

Trapani Climate Zone B: 7 hours per day from December 8 to March 23.



For check-ins between 10:00 PM and 1:30 AM, a surcharge will apply, payable in cash upon arrival, as follows:

EUR 30 from 10:00 PM to midnight

EUR 40 from midnight to 1:30 AM



Check-in is not possible after 1:30 AM, even for an additional fee.
