"We booked a room with a view of the river and the cityscape. What an amazing view looking out of our window at the river, the city, the mountain, and the ocean. The bellboy, Security, and concierge at the front door were extremely helpful and polite. Big shout-out to the cleaning staff and the food service staff for being attentive, polite, and professional. We disliked the dark hallway, with only a small light shining on the Room number."

"Recommendable 1st stay in Da Nang for people new to Vietnam! We arrived late in the evening to the hotel, but the staff contacted us a day prior so we were prepared. Reception is open from 10am-5pm, so we had to work with another staff onsite to get access and this was easy to do. The accommodation is located above a shop, so when it is open, you can go through the main door and take the elevator up to your room. We booked a Deluxe Studio which was spacious. For Da Nang standards (as it is a developing city and there are a lot of new construction and old buildings), the hotel was clean and functional. Bathroom was clean (toilet, shower, sink, and laundry machine were spotless). They provide small toiletries (shampoo, soap, body wash, dish detergent, no laundry detergent) and plenty of soft towels (2 hand, 2 tea-towel, 2 body). A/C was fast to cool the room and goes as low as 19C, which is so helpful for the intense humidity. Bed was extremely comfortable and we slept well. NO bugs in sight!! Wifi is good. They provide bottled water to drink/use. *Hotel is a bit dated compared to photos. *The shower leaked but there's an external drain so the water flows there. Also, for some reason the bathroom occasionally smells like poop but might be drain issues. *If your room facing the main road, it can be a little noisy due to the traffic and bars. But the room is relatively soundproof, so even our light-sleeper could fall asleep. Fortunately, other guests were also quiet!"

"Just finished 10 nights at Stella Maris, had an amazing time, the staff are amazing and is by far the biggest highlight of the hotel. We paid extra for a high level room and were placed on the 14th floor, room was lovely and cleaned exceptionally well every day. There is some noise from outside, both traffic and building noise but being on the 14th floor did help. The pool and rooftop bar were fantastic, staff always happy to help, brining drinks over to your sun lounger and nothing was ever too much to ask. Breakfast was another highlight, lots of choice for every nationality available and everything was fresh and replenished throughout the morning. The free airport transfers and couples massage was a very nice touch offered by the hotel. Overall highly recommend this hotel, can assure you that you will have an amazing stay."

"The location of the hotel was perfect. The room was on the smaller side but clean. You can tell it was on the dated side in the bathroom with some cracks in the tile on the floor and in the shower. The views are amazing. We were on the 19th floor and had views of the ocean, river, and the reason bridge that couldn’t be best. Breakfast was amazing with lots of dishes that slightly changed every day. Walking to the dragon bridge or the night market took about 15 minutes at a leisurely stroll. The staff was engaging and most helpful with everyone. I would stay again if I returned."
