Just let customers wait there and helping other customers, when we asked what was going on for the checkin process they just simply said “ I will check you in soon” room cleaning did not clean bathroom, just change the towels and dumped the trash, they did not clean the toilet and mirror . "Room was cleaned well. The view from our room was excellent. Definitely a problem with staff speaking English. We went to the pool but couldn't use it because it was too packed. We got a voucher of 150000 VND per day for Han restaurant, but this was restricting and we didn't use all the vouchers. It would have been better to make it more flexible.
