I appreciate your ambition to serve more types of customers by refurbishing the old building to many well-decorated hotel rooms. However, both rooms we stayed have no sound-proof at all. We requested a nice room with a good view and we were allocated a fantastic room (probably an upgrade) right at the front of the hotel with absolutely breath taking views of the hills and mountains beyond.
