"The rooms were small for the price point. I wish we had a fireplace. They put out snacks in a basket making it look like they were complimentary only to find out that I was charged 18.00 for beef jerky and other bars. The TV's were part of the mirror and kind of low and small. The hotel so nicely appointed and loved the restaurants and staff. The location was fabulous. I experience it once but will get a bigger place with a fireplace next time in Tellruide. Coffee shop was ok. Food was good in all 3 outlets. The 275.00 for a rollaway be was excessive. "

"The stay was terrific for our family of 4. Have been going to Telluride every winter for 22 years and have stayed all over. Location was great with awesome access to everything in town and most important everything was VERY clean. We would definitely stay there again. Communication was great and parking was easy as well, even with a large SUV. "

"We used Telluride Express because we had 9 people. It's in the Heart of Telluride Town. It is a Precious spot with a Great View of the Sunrise over the Mountain. Use the Alley to the Right of the Green Door to find the 1A unit. It took us a minute to figure out where the Fence was to find the lockbox. Hopefully, that helps other guest who book. "

"This hotel should not be rated 4 star. It is more like a 2 star hotel. I paid way too much for the quality of this hotel and did not enjoy my stay there. I should have read more reviews before booking. "
