This unit was completely remodeled with slate floors, new carpeting and new paint as well as a brand-new kitchen with a stove, oven, refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, and complete set of pots, pans, cooking utensils, and dishes. It has a queen bed and with a twin bed and a trundle for a small family. If needed the adjacent unit, VRBO #56668 has queen with an additional twin (no trundle) and it's own, full bath if you want both units, together. The condo has two, large outdoor hot tubs right out the door, a separate laundry facility with two washers and dryers (key provided) and the town loop bus stop stops right next to the condo every 10 minutes. The bus will take you to the gondola in 2 min or walk there in 5! The free bus will also take you to the restaurants, shops and nightlife of downtown Telluride! The place is small but had what I needed for a comfortable stay. It could use a little TLC, and I had some trouble registering my car for the provided lot, so I ended up parking on the street, which was a bit stressful. It would also be helpful to have a couple of bottles of water in the unit in case you arrive late and stores are closed. The host was available when needed, which I really appreciated. My partner and I stayed here for two days in the city of Telluride and it was extremely clean and tidy, and had all of the amenities that you would need. The kitchenette was great for making small meals and all of the necessary equipment was provided. The location was central to downtown Telluride with the river trail access right outside our door and minutes away from the Gondola. I would stay here again 100% and would recommend to anyone looking for an amazing deal in Telluride! ##### Mia B. Hot tubs did the job. I got there about 20min early and place was not. Cleaned but the cleaners came at just at 4pm. They did a good job and were in and out for me. I’m sure they were pretty busy being a Sunday. Otherwise place was just what i needed. ##### John G. The dish washer was very hard to fill the shelf’s seemed broken and there was no dish washer soap just an empty container. It would be nice to have screens since there is no air conditioning. I couldn't find any way to contact them. We ended up chancing it and didn't get a ticket. It took us a long time to figure out the hot tub. You have to touch the blank box screen in just the right spot to learn that it is a touch screen. A quick note in the emailed instructions would help. Other than that, we were very happy with the room and would definitely rent it again. It felt bigger than the photos made it seem. It’s in a perfect location right on the creek path and accessible to town. The check in process was easy, including the parking permit for two cars. The kitchenette was just enough for cooking simple things. We were so busy with films we didn’t make it to the hot tub! Next time. I would definitely stay here again. ##### Michael F.
