For shared use: terraced garden, swimming pool round (seasonal availability: 15. May. - 19. Oct.). Outdoor shower space n 14. Parking space or garage only for small to medium-sized cars. Dimension: height 195 cm width 200 cm. Shop 500 m, supermarket 1 km, restaurant 300 m, bakery 500 m. Nearby attractions: Pueblo medieval de Tossa de mar 1 km, Waterworld lloret de mar 15 km, Marinland Blanes 17 km. The owner does not accept any youth groups.

Familiehus med udsigt

Dejligt hus, god plads og skøn sydvendt terrasse med udsigt over havet. Her var skygge fra 13.30, og det var helt ideelt! Nordvendt terrasse med pejs/grill og aftensol. Adgang til fin fælles pool, som nærmest føltes som egen pool, da den ikke blev brugt af så mange andre end os! Tæt på strand og by, og alligevel så roligt. Egen p-plads er et plus, men den blev ofte brugt af andre, eller bilen i p-båsen ved siden af overskred pladsen dér, så det ikke var muligt at anvende p-plads!

Vue paradisiaque

Maison avec une superbe vue sur la mer , très confortable, 2 salle de bains et non 3 , mitoyenne avec un voisinage sympathique … mais attention à ne pas faire trop la fête… La plage nest pas très loin et on y a accès par des escaliers assez raide plus de 80 marches!!!attention aux genoux sensibles!! La place de parking est trop étroite pour se garer et les places et parkings sont plutôt chères à tossa heureusement nous avons quand même pu nous garer Piscine partagée agréable

Beautiful location

The house is very comfortable, spacious with georgous views and lovely swimming pool at the back. There is also nice bbq area. Perfect for a family. Location is very good, close to the beach, shops and restaurants, but it is on the hill side, you must be fit enough to take the stairs on your way back.

Great view - needs updating

This house has great views, and if you are ok with a bit of an uphill climb, a nice location. The beds need to be replaced, as they are the most uncomfortable beds we have ever slept in. The owners of this home should take a little time to update the furnishings.
