You'll have the entire home to yourself and will only share it with other guests in your party.

### Vistamar Family Villa

The house is located on a plot on a hillside facing south. It can be easily reached by a paved private street. The distance to the beach is approximately 500 m. On the beach there are two restaurants, showers and toilets. To the facilities of Santa Maria de Llorell (tennis courts, supermarket, lake with big fish, playground for children, ...) there are approximately 500 meters on foot.  
  
The house has a living area of more than 140 m². The property with old trees has a size of more than 500 m². In the garden, there are lemons and palm trees. It is cozy and equipped with radiators to heat in winter. The electrical voltage is 220 V. Hot water is generated through an electric boiler in a closet.  
  
On the first floor, there are 2 bedrooms with 2 large beds each, a bathroom with a bathtub, toilet and bidet. The children's bedroom with 4 beds and a bathroom with shower is in the middle level. The parents' rooms have a small roof terrace with absolute protection of the views and a view of the sea. The house was completely renovated in 2016 and is equipped with crockery, blankets and pillows for 8 people.  
  
On the ground floor, you will find the kitchen with gas stove, microwave, refrigerator, coffee maker, dishwasher; Next to the kitchen, in a small room, there is a washing machine and the boiler to heat the water; The living room with open fireplace and dining room. In the house there is a CD player and television with satellite connection.  
  
From the living room and dining room you lead to the covered terrace with barbecue and to the garden and the private pool.  
  
In the garden there is a studio with a large bed for two people and a full bathroom.
