"Fantastic hotel for a family holiday in Tossa. The facilities, entertainment and dining are only surpassed by the staff who are a credit to the hotel. Disappointing place and service

"We went to the place by taxi. We had a mobile number for contacting the property manager. No matter we explained to him we did not have a car/sat nav, he just sent us some coordinates. We were trying more than 40 minutes trying to find the building/apartment as the property manager did not answer ..."
