Relish the shared swimming pool (15 x 10 m, depth 100 - 200 cm) available seasonally from June 1st to October 1st. Refresh under the outdoor shower, and take in the tranquil surroundings just 100 m from the sea and 300 m from the sandy Cala Llevadó beach. Access the property via a stepped path with 30 steps.

Parking is available with roofed spaces for small to medium-sized cars (height 175 cm, width 220 cm). Nearby conveniences include shops 3 km away, a supermarket 1 km away, and restaurants within 300 m. The railway station "Blanes" is 16 km away. The owner does not accept youth groups, and guests are expected to maintain quietness and good behavior in this noise-sensitive neighborhood. A car is recommended as there is no lift.

It features a living/dining room with a dining table, digital TV, flat screen, and a fan. The living/dining room has an exit leading to the terrace and the swimming pool. The Loft has one double bedroom with 1 x 2 bunk beds (90 cm, length 190 cm) and 1 French bed (150 cm, length 200 cm), also with an exit to the terrace and the swimming pool.  
  
Amenities Included  
The Loft is equipped with an open kitchen that includes a dishwasher, 2 ceramic glass hob hotplates, toaster, kettle, microwave, freezer, electric coffee machine, and Capsules for the coffee machine (Nespresso not included). Other amenities provided are a shower/WC, a boiler (100 liters), washing machine, iron, hair dryer, and WiFi internet (free). The Loft also has a reserved parking space (number 21, roofed) with a height of 175 cm and a width of 220 cm.  
  
Other Information  
The Loft offers a marvelous view of the swimming pool and comes with terrace furniture for your enjoyment. Please note that the Loft is suitable for families and perfect for your vacation.
