The house has several outdoor terraces from which you will be able to admire bay views and enjoy al fresco breakfasts. Private pool of 8x4m. Outdoor parking, private garden and a fully equipped play area for the kids. Portable barbecue. 166 m2 indoor space including the living room with TV, dining room and kitchen. The kitchen has a large island with a breakfast corner and is fully equipped (oven, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine). The house has two double bedrooms (180 x 200 cm et 140 x 200 cm), one bedroom with bunk bed and one office. There is also 1 bathroom with a bathtub and one with a shower. The house spreads over 3 floors with 2 internal staircases. The staircase that descends from the living / dining room area can be closed off by a child gate. Free Wifi. Optional heating: 50 € / week. Difficult to open wine bottles with a flimsy bottle opener. No kettle. Decking area needs refurbishing. shower room should have obscure glass. I think if they'd improve the check-in process by not having you have to go to a separate office and by increasing clear communication on where you pick up keys and that you have to rent sheets and towels from that office, it would be a 5 star stay. That said, we really enjoyed our time there and would recommend for a family looking to explore the Tossa de Mar area. ##### Joslyn B. Der gemauerte Grillbereich, ohne Grill, ist kaum nutzbar, weil die dortigen Gartenmöbel in keinem guten Zustand sind! Der am Haus stehende und zur Verfügung gestellte Grill war, im Gegensatz zu dem Grill in der Bildbeschreibung, ein billiger Discountergrill, der seine beste Zeit auch schon hinter sich hatte! Die Aussenmarkisen auf der Sonnenterasse sind defekt, interessiert irgendwie auch keinen, auf unsere Nachfrage sagte man uns nur, der Besitzer repariert die nicht, die Markisen gehören auch nicht zur Ausstattung! Fertig!!! Ab mittags kann man aber bei starker Sonneneinstrahlung leider die Terrasse kaum nutzen, weil es dort sehr heiß wird!
