La cuisine était très bien équipée avec les instruments nécessaires mais aussi café et papier d’emballage et papier pour cuisson. L’appart est à quelques minutes des transports, de la plage, de l’épicerie et de restos très sympatiques et abordables. Wendy, la personne contacte est extrêmement réactive et d’un grand support pour tous besoins. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié le confort même si au début nous trouvions la cuisine petite. Notre séjour était très agréable!!

Perfect location
From start to finish this was a great holiday. Communication with Malcolm the owner was speedy and clear. He was kind enough to provide detailed walking instructions from the station down to the apartment. BTW, the train from airport to the station was so easy, and cheap. Cost £4 for the 2 of us. Again Malcolm provided clear information on this. Wendy the local contact was great. We had a problem when the main door lock failed. Wendy and her partner did a brilliant job, first trying to fix it, and then sourcing a replacement. It was a very fiddly job to replace it, but we were not inconvenienced at all. And we met Malcolm. Long story !! The gardens are immaculate and very often we had both the gardens and pool to ourselves. The area is absolutely fantastic for eating out. I reckon you could eat in a different place every night for about a year. We really liked the marina area. We stayed for 8 night and ate out every night. We found the food to be reasonably priced and delicious. Wine around 4 euro a glass and beer even less. The beaches are clean and the sea is crystal clear. Sunbeds were all 7 euro a day (14 for 2 including umbrella) but we took our towels and sat on the beach. Both the marina and beach are less than 10 mins walk from the apartment, close enough for lovely sea views, and far enough not to be bothered by night time noise. Would we go back......... YES.

Excellent apartment and fantastic location
We stayed here for 10 days and everything about the apartment was brilliant. Wendy the property manager kept in contact with me on the day of arrival and was there waiting on us, she took the time to show us where everything was and made sure we had everything we needed. The apartment is a 5 min walk from the beaches and marina which are filled with the best restaurants and pubs, it’s also 5 mins from Lidl for all your shopping needs so really central for most things, we paid about 10 euros into Torremolinos but I preferred Benalmadena The apartment was spacious and we had loads of room, 2 single beds and a fully functional kitchen, big balcony and even a washing machine, so literally a home away from home. I would recommend this apartment to anyone who is looking for the best locations, I will certainly be back

We stayed in this perfect apartment for two weeks in July/August, its ideally situated for exploring the local area on foot, we used the buses a lot for travelling a bit further afield, cheap to use and turn up on time, thats a novelty! Its very close to the marina, but exceptionally quiet, you really will get peace and quiet if you stay here. Added bonus was most afternoons during the week, when we went for a swim, we had the pool to ourselves, just unheard of in spain during the summer holidays! It really is a little gem!

Location location location!
The property was located close to everything and within a short walk to the grocery store or beachfront. You definitely don’t need a car as the bus is a five minute walk away and very reasonable. The apartment has everything you need for cooking meals and washing clothes. The heat pumps work perfectly for heat or a/c. The bed is comfortable with lots of pillows. The pool was very clean and we were blessed with great weather for our stay. We enjoyed the property immensely and will hope to be able to get back there for a longer stay in the near future.
