Hi!

This magnificent apartment enjoys everything you need to enjoy with family or friends a luxurious environment with wonderful views of the sea, beautiful gardens, swimming pools, parks and much more. In addition, we have created a very chic atmosphere with its eclectic and functional decoration to make your experience unforgettable.

The apartment is distributed in two bedrooms, one with double litter and en suite bathroom with bathtub and double washbasin and another with two single beds (both bedrooms with fitted wardrobes). In the hallway you will have another bathroom with shower. The entrance has a large hall, the kitchen is fully equipped with fridge, microwave, oven, dishwasher, hob, dolce coffee capsules, regular coffee maker, small appliances, dishes, glasses, pots, etc. You also have access to laundry area with washing machine and laundry sink.

The living room has a dining area with an extendable table and two sofa beds; a double sofa bed of 140x190cm of Italian system and another click clac sofa bed of 180x116cm perfect for 2 children. Maximum capacity of 6 adults plus 2 children: Total 8 people.

Both the living room and the bedroom have access to a large terrace with breakfast area and rest, where you can take advantage of the wonderful views of the sea, the swimming pools and the gardens of the urbanization.

A large parking space is included free of charge in the basement of the building.

Also for free we offer Netflix, HBO and Vodafone TV with several free extra channels like Fox, Axn, series and much more.

Parfait pour des vacances en famille ou entre amis
Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cet appartement mes amis et moi même. L’appartement est très propre, beau et fonctionnel. Les piscines de la résidence sont également très agréables et spacieuses. Par ailleurs, Daniel est un hôte très disponible et arrangeant. Vous avez tout pour passer de très bonnes vacances !!
