The hotel itself is beautiful. It is exceptionally clean, the grounds are immaculate and very well maintained, the pool is excellent, and both the restaurant and breakfast are outstanding. The facilities truly deserve high praise. Unfortunately, what should have been an excellent stay was overshadowed by the attitude of parts of the reception and management team. Although they often present themselves as friendly, the kindness feels superficial, and several interactions came across as dismissive . I would like to especially recognize Inma, who was consistently warm, professional, and genuinely kind. She made us feel welcome throughout our stay. . Dino, the manager, appeared courteous, but our overall experience with management was disappointing. The most unacceptable interaction was with Oscar. One morning, while the area around the pool was being watered, he approached us and loudly told us not to walk through it. His tone was unnecessarily aggressive and disrespectful, making us feel embarrassed rather than simply informed. A polite explanation would have been far more appropriate. Overall, this is a lovely hotel with beautiful facilities, excellent food, and a relaxing atmosphere. However, the poor attitude and lack of professionalism shown by parts of the reception and management team—particularly Oscar—left a lasting negative impression. A hotel of this quality deserves customer service that reflects its otherwise excellent service .

Really beautiful hotel right across the road from the beach. Lots of eating places and shops all around. The hotel was spotless and air conditioning was great in the room. Breakfast was lovely. When we arrived we were met by a lovely friendly receptionist called Inma. She made us feel so welcome and explained everything to us that we needed to know. Each time we met her she greeted us with a big smile and had time for a wee chat to see how we were. Definitely recommend this hotel and cannot wait to return.
