The location, shuttle service was prompt (early or on time). I needed to sleep before my early morning flight. I knew from a reviewer that the basement was cool, so I packed something warm to sleep in and that made for a terrific sleep.

You get what you pay for. Economic. Overall quality was good. If you have high expectations, go to fancy hotels and spend more. I will give it 5 stars for the service I received for the amount I spent. Staff was very helpful and accommodating.

The hotel is small but clean and comfortable. It is a little dated, the sheets were clean and comfortable but obviously property of the hotel for more than a few years. The bathroom had a nice deep bathtub and was clean, but no toilet paper holder. The rolls sat on the back of the toilet. We stayed two nights. We were mostly out and about so our stay was worth the price.

This is a makeshift hotel with no ramp for accessibility, an ancient elevator that makes you feel like you will be stuck in it. It looks like an office building that they put up some walls and made rooms in it. Our room had no window in the walls but a window in the ceiling! You could hear every footstep in the hallways as the walls were paperthin. Airplanes were taxiing beside us and taking off very close by. There were no facecloths in the bathroom and no remote for the tv but reception did bring them up for us when we asked and when we mentioned we were not coming down in our pyjamas to get them. The sheets and towels appeared clean. the pillows were so thin we needed two to sleep on. The shuttle was on time and we were close to the airport, lol! Floors, bathtub were dirty, never took off my socks or used the shower. Unless it is your last resort do not stay here.

Good for an overnight stay near the airport. Lowest price of the airport hotels. They have an airport shuttle which was very handy, just called the hotel when I landed and they sent it. There’s a restaurant next door and Subway and a shawarma shop in the same building. They could work a bit on cleaning. There was a used bar of soap left in the shower in my room.

What a great surprise & solution to a last-minute stay in Toronto. We won tickets to a concert at RBC Amphitheatre, but accommodation options in that area were a crazy price so we sought something with good transit connections & parking. Nu Hotel fit the bill perfectly! It doesn't look awesome from outside, but our room was clean & comfortable with everything we needed. All the staff we met were friendly & helpful. The 24 hr front desk is perfect for travellers, as is the shawarma place downstairs (open to 02:30, at least on weekends; there is a Subway as well). Unless you have a lot of luggage or little energy, this is walkable from Terminal 3. We found it very easy to connect to & from our destination using public transit. The runways are nearby but with window closed & fan on low, we were not bothered by outside noise.
