The roof top pool was amazing! The pull out couch needs to be replaced though. Security was very friendly and welcoming. The hotel stayed in touch with us right to check-in, to ensure all went smoothly. Very fast check-in. Starbucks right near entrance and Roger’s/CN right across the street.

Absolutely loved the view!! I could go out on the balcony and see the CN Tower all lit up at night. Location, Location, Location. Could walk everywhere and see so much!! I will definitely be back. I was here for work, but now intend to bring the family back for vacation.

Clean unit. Spacious. Close to downtown for walking distance The key fob pickup was a new thing from me... around the block pick it up and have to drop it off when leaving. I would stay here again for the price and overall experience/stay.

The location is great and the place is clean. However some very basic things are missing. No toilet papee (not even a roll), only two towels, AC in main living areas is not working. The bedroom blinds do not close properly. Not extra pillows. Overall, this is a disappointment.
