As downtown as you can get!!!! This large, bright and clean bachelor unit is located between Yonge Bloor & Wellesley Subway Station just steps from Yonge Street. Walking distance to Church St, Yorkville, Ryerson and University of Toronto. Neighbourhood with character! The space The space has a fully sized functional kitchen, a lovely 4-piece bathroom and a large comfortable queen size bed. There is wonderful front deck overlooking the residential street. The unit has central air conditioning. The house is a one minute walk to Wellesley Subway Station and less than a 10 minute walk to the high-end boutiques of Yorkville and Bloor, excellent restaurants, gourmet groceries (Maple Leaf Gardens Loblaws, Pusateri's), the Eaton Centre & Dundas Square, the night life and dining of Church Street, the University of Toronto, Ryerson and Bay Street. All in all, the perfect choice for business travelers, or those in town for TIFF, Pride, or other downtown events. The central location makes the house easily accessible to the various hospitals on University Avenue including the University Health Network (UHN) cluster, Mount Sinai, Sick Kids, Sunnybrook Orthopaedic and makes the perfect location for medical professionals on short term exchanges or electives. The apartment is suitable for maximum 2 guests as it is a bachelor space. Please note this house is located in a prime downtown location equidistant between Yonge and Church. Downtown Toronto is currently going through a major condo construction boom and there is condo construction at the end of the street at Yonge as well as one street south of the house. Although not noisy, if you are a light sleeper, you can occasionally hear traffic noises early in the morning. The unit is not suited for travelers who require absolute quiet and peace for their stay. Guest access Amenities include: wireless hi-speed internet; coin-operated laundry; and a bi-weekly cleaning service. Paid Parking available at the rear of the house, please inquire about the cost associated with parking on site. Other things to note The apartment is on the 1st floor of the Edwardian detached house.
