Design 26Floor Downtown Apartment Experience Luxury in the Heart of Downtown Toronto, located just steps away from the Union Station, CN Tower, Rogers Center, Air Canada Center, Harbourfront and many others. The space This comfortable suite has everything you need to make you feel right at home.Fully functional kitchen with supplies (Tea, coffee, kettle, coffeemaker, toaster). Washer and Dryer with supplies. Bathroom with towels, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hair dryer and other toiletries that you may have forgotten at home. Guest access Guests with reservations 28 days stay and more have access to the Gym, Outdoor Swimming Pool and Hot Tub in the building Other things to note According to the condo regulations every guest must provide their personal information prior to check in. We kindly ask that you provide the full names of every guest staying in the apartment. \- Parking is NOT included in the price but may be available at $15/ night, please inform if you need parking not less than 24 hours prior arrival. There is the paid public parking across the street $30 per 24 hours. \- Pets are not allowed in the apartment .- We offer Travel Crib (for baby 0-18month) and Bed Rails. 5$ per one item per night. If you plan to invite any additional guests, please inform us in advance. \*\* NO SMOKING POLICY The unit is equipped with a remote smoke detector to detect any sources of smoke and notify us remotely. Any type of smoking (cigarettes or marijuana) is prohibited inside the unit or building.
