Stay in this modern 1-bedroom condo, just a 5-minute walk from Union Station and the UP Express to YYZ Airport. Located in the heart of downtown, connected to PATH, you\`re steps away from top attractions like the CN Tower, Scotiabank Arena, Metro Toronto Convention Centre, and Rogers Centre. Enjoy a stylish stay in this centrally located home!  
On the day of your arrival, you will receive a Key Café code.   
The Key Café box is located at the entrance of 12 York Street. (In the Building)  
  
Inside, you’ll find:   
\- Keys to the front door   
\- A garage fob (parking is available at P2, space 34)   
\- An elevator fob, required to access your floor   
  
Upon arrival, please check in at the security desk.   
  
Welcome! Please take a moment to review our House Rules.  
We kindly ask you to respect the space and share these guidelines with your guests to ensure a smooth and enjoyable stay:  
• Be considerate of neighboring units   
• Report any damage or breakage. We understand accidents happen and appreciate timely notice so we can repair or replace items for future guests.  
• No smoking inside the condo. Smoking is permitted on balconies only with doors/windows closed and proper disposal of cigarette/cigar butts in provided bins.  
• Please wash and put away any dishes used, or load them into the dishwasher before departure.  
• Check out is at 11:00 am  
• The garbage and recycling shoot is located by the elevators.  
• Dispose of all food items from the fridge, freezer, and pantry at the end of your stay.  
• Do not rearrange furniture. If moved, kindly return it to its original position.  
• Do not remove any items from the unit.  
• Before departure, please ensure no garbage, recycling, dirty dishes, food, or personal items are left behind.
