"Nice basic hotel in pretty & quiet street. Good location for visiting family who live 20 mins walk across tooting common. This is stones throw from the common & its cafe. Set in nice residential area. Taken a star off as mattress was a bit hard for me but to be fair I have got a very soft one at home that I’m used to. Room bit basic but ok for 1 or 2 nights."

"No frills, not luxe but clean,comfortable and quiet despite busy road outside. Wimbledon Park Tube Station 5 minute walk. Bus stop into the city right outside. Excellent, large, airy, relaxed pub, with outdoor seating,below the rooms; child and dog friendly. Our teenagers liked the pool table. Attractive space.
