"Lovely little find if you like the quiet of the Suffolk countryside. With the added bonus if a swimming pool! Host was very friendly and super helpful. Bed was really comfy. The room had everything you need."

Comfortable beds
Good sized room
Gym had essential machines for a good workout.
Close to some shops and easy access to southend beach
It even had a iron and a table for it which was great.
Staff were professional,

It would have been lovely to have some herbal tea as a option. There was black tea and coffee. Just a reminder that a increasing number of guests my prefer a camomile, lemon or green tea after a long journey.
